Please read these booking conditions carefully as they incorporate
the basis upon which bookings are accepted by New Caledonia Holidays
| Reservations: | |
| Bookings can be made through licensed AFTA travel agents. They should normally be processed and confirmed within 48 hours. | |
| Prices: | |
| Prices are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified and are current at the time of printing. Should the exchange rates fluctuate, or ground/airline costs increase, you will be required to pay any such increase, prior to departure. Australian Government taxes, Departure and Airport taxes not included. Prices include New Caledonia TSS, Australian GST does not apply to international travel. | |
| Late Bookings: | |
For any bookings taken within 7 days of departure, a minimum $30 surcharge will apply. |

| A non-refundable deposit of $110 per passenger will be required within 7 days of booking confirmation for all bookings. | |
| Minimum Purchase: | |
| There is no minimum purchase value applied to all bookings, however there is a $30 minimum booking surcharge applied to all bookings under $300 (not including air fare content). | |
| Final Payment: | |
| The balance amount owing is due in full 45 days prior to departure, or immediately if departing within 45 days. | |

| Issue of travel documents will be, with best endeavors, within 14 working days of receipt of full payment. During peak periods of operation, documents will be issued based on departure dates. | |
| Cancellations: | |
| Cancellation of a booking outside 45 days prior to departure will incur a $110 per passenger fee plus any airline cancellation fees. Within 45 days, a $165 per passenger, plus airline/hotel/ground operator, fee applies. Within 7 days, 100% of the total holiday price will be charged. | |
| Refunds: | |
| After departure from Australia no refunds can be made on unused services. However unused open-dated accommodation vouchers beyond the minimum purchase requirements are refundable. A $55 handling fee will be charged. Refund applications must be made through your travel agent within 45 days of your return to Australia. | |
| Amendments: | [Top] |
| One amendment per booking is permitted free of charge, all subsequent changes will incur a $33 levy per booking. If amendments are made and the booking value increases, the fee will be wavered. If amendments occur after documentation has been issued, a fee of $55 will be charged. | |
| Insurance: | |
| New Caledonia Holidays recommends that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, health requirements, luggage and valuables, etc. | |

All products included in this brochure are based on the latest information obtained from suppliers and government tourist offices. Information on facilities is subject to change and New Caledonia Holidays does not guarantee standard or class of accommodation, car hire, transport or sightseeing. All possible care is taken to ensure that suppliers maintain a high standard. However, as New Caledonia Holidays does not control the airlines, car operators or hotels, it is not responsible, in any way, for problems resulting from the booking, howsoever arising, unless it is the direct result of negligence on its part, or the part of its employees. Any liability on New Caledonia Holidays part shall be limited to a maximum of the tour cost, subject to these conditions.
